RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and assist customers with insurance inquiries both over the phone and in person.
- Provide detailed information about insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes.
- Identify customer needs and proactively recommend insurance products and services to meet those needs.
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Accurately process applications, payments, policy changes, and renewals with strong attention to detail.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, sales promotions, and industry regulations.
- Participate in community events and outreach initiatives to promote our services and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer experience and sales strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal and sales skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- High energy and enthusiasm for working with people and closing sales.
- Previous customer service and sales experience preferred; insurance experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with computer applications and basic office software.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
